OUR HISTORY

Frank Le Feuvre, owner of Key Factor Freight Management Inc. (est. 1984) had an innovative idea back in 1990 to have a customized Software Solution developed for his firm. As an industry professional and licensed customs broker, Frank designed one of the first transportation software packages available in North America. Arcline (2000) Software systems are now sold internationally, handle multiple currencies and allow for up to four separate taxes. Latest products include: ArcFreight™ for Freight Brokers, ArcFleet™ for Truckload Carriers and ArcTrips™ for LTL Carriers.

Arcline (2000) Inc. is a family owned and operated company. The Le Feuvre Family solely owns and operates Arcline (2000) Inc. The President is Michelle Dirracolo and the Chief Financial Officer is Mary Lou Le Feuvre. Due to extensive growth, Arcline (2000) Inc. built a 6,000 sq. ft office building located at 1989 Commerce Park Dr. in early 2003. Our new building includes a training facility for clients and additional space for future expansion.

It is our corporate policy for clients to have a live person answering the line to direct their call. There will be no high pressure sales tactics used in your interactions with Arcline (2000) Inc.; we do not employ any commission sales people.
