Arcline (2000) Inc. Introduces faxing and e-mailing functions directly from Arcline 2000 Transportation Software Systems, complementing the already extensive list of interfaces offered. Add-On Features such as, Fuel Tax, Fuel Card Integration, Satellite Tracking, Fleet Maintenance, EDI, and Internet Tracking; supplement Arcline 2000 Software making it a powerful tool in the Transportation Industry. Arcline 2000 Inc. is a recognized integration partner and reseller for both ProMiles® and PC*Miler® by ALK® Technologies Inc. These interfaces allow for the Insertion of maps, directions, and mileage calculations seamlessly into the load order section.

A significant new standard feature in Version 2 allows the user to attach photos, letters and documents in several formats using a separate data table. Formats include Adobe Acrobat®, Emails, Microsoft® Word Documents, Microsoft® Excel Spreadsheet, TIFF, JPEG, BMP Images, etc. These data tables can be individually associated to: Bill To’s, Shippers, Consignees, Equipment and all related documents within the software. Additional features include: Desktop personalization for the incorporation of the incorporation of the company’s logo and the development of the software to support multi-screen functionality. The Arcline Dispatch Command Center allows companies to have multiple windows of the software open for viewing and editing simultaneously.

Standard in both Arcline (2000) Software Systems, is the ability to create customized sales and activity reports. Daily, monthly, quarterly or yearly reports can be generated with simplicity. The ArcFleet™ System can generate detailed expiry reports for all vehicles/drivers registration and medical reminders.

Dispatchers are able enter Terminal Carriers, Ports, Cross-Docks, and Yards creating multiple picks, drops and cross-docks, all on a single Load Order!
