ARCTRAC™ CUSTOMER TRACKING MODULE
Online load tracking for Customers
An optional module that allows your customers to trace their own
shipments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It enables use of the Internet to ensure pick ups and deliveries
are on time. It eliminates repetitive phone calls and faxes
to your customers to update logistics on a shipment and allows you
more time to move additional freight. It will save your dispatchers
lots of time as they won't have to answer as many phone calls and
won't have to waste time searching for shipment information.
Working with your customer confirmation, it provides your customers
with easily accessible, up to date information when they want it.
The Arcline Customer Tracking™ Module provides a
stable environment and user friendly interface. Customer I.D.
log-in and password protection, are part of the security features
added to prevent internal system intrusion. Your customers
only see their active work orders. It shows Work Order number,
Shipper's City, State/Province, Consignee's City, State/Province,
Pick Up location, date and time, Drop location, date and time, P.O.
number for customer, plus any notes that apply to that customer's
Work Order. All shipments display their current status, such
as assigned, picked up, and delivered. In order to suit your
specific requirements, your system administrator can easily customize
the shipment status feature.
The Arcline Customer Tracking™ Module has an email
button directly linked to your dispatch department so that your
customer can email any questions or concerns regarding their shipment
directly from the tracking system. It also has a direct link
to your company's web site. Information remains on line for
a period of one month. Data updates are done in 15-minute
intervals.
Arcline (2000) Inc. can host your Arcline Customer Tracking™
web site or you may host it yourself through your designated Internet
Service Provider (ISP).
