MOBILE CUSTOMER TRACKING APP

Designed to further enhance the currently available ArcTrac Customer Tracking module, freight brokers and trucking companies can now offer all parties in the supply chain the ability to check statuses of individual loads via their mobile devices.
The customer tracking portion of the mobile application will provide trucking company and freight brokers' customers the ability to trace their shipments at any time, from any device. Displayed information includes work order#, P/O#, B/L#, status, pieces, piece type, weight in lbs and kgs, pick location and date/time, drop location and date/time, and any notes associated with the order being viewed.
Order Search Function
Users can choose to drill down from a list of orders, or, if they choose, search for an order specifically using one of many paramaters available. Data that can be used for searches includes W/O#, B/L#, PO#, Pick From, Pick To, Drop From, Drop To, Shipper City/State, Consignee City/State, and Status.

Currently in development as an add-on to the Customer Tracking Mobile App is the Driver Comm Center for trucking companies. Drivers will have the ability to access vital load information on the fly and receive timely updates to pickup locations, dates/times, etc.
