Workstation Requirements
- Microsoft® Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, and Windows Vista, both 32-bit and 64-bit
- 128 MB of RAM minimum, 256 MB or greater memory recommended
- 2 GB of available hard-disk space

Communications Software Requirements
- GoToMyPC™ by Citrix Systems
- GoToAssist™ supplied by Arcline(2000) Inc.
Network or Peer-To-Peer Requirements
- Peer-to-peer networking eliminates the need for servers and allows computers to share resources as equals. Arcline (2000) recommends only two workstations on a Peer-To-Peer network.
- The Arcline (2000) Software Systems can be installed on a dedicated server with more than two workstations networked through Windows Server 2003, 2008, or 2012 software.
- Wireless networks are not recommended due to bandwidth limitations.
